Liam Anderson Motorsports, LLC, is a family run race team with 11-year-old Liam, driver of the #18 Coyote chassis, at the center of everything we do. Liam races for CKNA North East division regularly, and WKC occasionally. His father, Shawn, is the Owner and President of Liam Anderson Motorsports, LLC, and the team's Crew & Kart Chief. He heads the business and handles all things driver and kart related. Liam's grandfather, Richard, and Uncle Mike are our pit crew members who assist Shawn in setting up the kart and trailer for each event. Liam's aunt, Jenny, is the team's Communication & Marketing manager, and handles team media and merchandising design.
It is Liam's goal to become a top professional driver, preferably with NASCAR, and the team's goal is to support Liam in making that dream come to fruition. Liam has both the drive and the potential, and he works just as hard as the rest of the team in setting and exceeding expectations to get to the top. Liam is more than just a good driver, though, he is also an honor roll student, and he gives back by raising awareness and fundraising for childhood cancer research. Cancer research is important to Liam because he lost his mother, Samm, to lymphoma when he was only 3 years old. In addition to raising awareness for childhood cancer research, it is Liam's goal to introduce under-served children to the world of racing.
